RentBase provides rental and booking management tools for Shopify merchants, including availability calendars, booking management, rental configuration, and customer notifications.

• You must have an active Shopify store to use RentBase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when configuring the App.

• RentBase offers a Free plan and a Pro plan.
• Pro plan pricing is displayed in the App and billed through Shopify's billing system.
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the App. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's App Store policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Use the App to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from your customers.

The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by RentBase. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in connection with your Shopify store for as long as the App is installed.

• We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
